Futsushu

Futsushu encompasses “everything else” outside of the premium junmai and ginjo categories.

While futsushu is often associated with everyday or accessible sake, it doesn’t necessarily imply low quality. Many futsushu sakes are skillfully crafted offering enjoyable, straightforward flavors, and are popular in casual dining settings in Japan.
